On December 8th, at the Lancaster City Council
Meeting, an agreement between our Church and the city was
approved so that we can move forward in our building project.
What a day for approval – the Feast of Mary’s Immaculate
Conception. Years ago the early settlers of Lancaster conceived
the idea of Sacred Heart Church. Today we are being called to
give new birth to that idea and to join together in building a
new and bigger Church.
Please join the over 1000 parishioners who have already made
pledges to this campaign. We have already raised over $2.2
million through these pledges but still lack involvement from
many parishioners. What an excellent time to give a pledge gift
to the Church honoring the birthday of Jesus. There are gold
envelopes in the pews for this pledge commitment or one time
donation. Please consider seriously this important call,
complete an envelope and help us build
