We invite you to consider taking part in a special opportunity to learn more about how we as a Church can strengthen a culture of hope and belonging to support all people, especially those living with mental illness and their loved ones.
Men and women who serve in parishes and schools across our Archdiocese have the chance to take part in a 10-week class on “Mental Health and Church Life.” The course is made possible through a partnership with the Archdiocese of Los AngelesOffice of Life, Justice, and Peace and the Fiat Program on Faith and Mental Health at the McGrath Institute for Church Life at the University of Notre Dame.
The course takes place September 30 — December 6, 2024, with an opening retreat on September 21st. It involves weekly small-group discussion meetings, which will be scheduled based on your availability.
