Dear Pastors, Parish Administrators, and Business Managers,
We hope this email finds you well. We are writing about the upcoming delivery and mailing schedule for the Priest Retirement Fund materials.
In-Pew Parish Materials Distribution:
All materials for the Priest Retirement Fund have been produced and are ready for distribution. Some parishes should have received their materials yesterday, the 20th of this month. The plan is to have all deliveries completed by the end of the day on Friday, May 24. If there are any delays, we will ensure that all parishes receive their materials by the 29th at the latest.
Please advise your parish to expect their delivery this coming week. Deliveries will be made via courier services, UPS, and USPS. For any questions or inquiries, please get in touch with Anthony Gascon at [email protected].
Please hang your Priest Retirement Fund poster and banner in visible areas and place a bulletin insert in the vestibule.
Additionally, please break down your number of in-pew remits for PRF Announcement Weekend, June 1-2, and Commitment Weekend, June 8-9, and place them in the pews before Mass.
Direct Mail:
All materials and production are on-time for the direct mail component of the campaign. The drop date (when materials are delivered to the post office) is scheduled for today, May 21, and donors will receive the letter and other materials within 5-7 business days.
